Focused on strong visuals, thoughtful details, and a sense of emotionβbuilt to make an impression, not just fill a screen.
Some designs start with a layout. This one started with a feeling.
I wanted to create a cleaning service website that felt trustworthy, warm, modern, and human. Not another generic service template with a stock photo and a few buttons.
So I spent time thinking about the little things.
The imagery. The typography. The cinematic atmosphere. The green tones. The way the service information flows. The mobile experience. And most importantly how a local cleaning business could look professional enough to earn trust within the first few seconds.
Every section was designed with a simple question in mind:
βWould I trust this company with my home?β
A lot of iterations, late-night adjustments, tiny spacing changes, and βmaybe this feels betterβ moments laterβ¦
Sage & Broom is almost ready.
A Framer template built for modern cleaning businesses that want more than just a website. They want a digital presence that feels established, trustworthy, and ready to grow.
Launching soon on Framer.
And honestly, I'm really excited to finally share the full thing. π
Exploring a modern approach for a home cleaning websiteβhelping local businesses elevate their brand and attract more high-quality inquiries.
Most people wait until everything is perfect before they share their work.
But growth doesnβt come from perfection β it comes from showing up, consistently.
This hero section is a small step. Not a full website. Not a complete project. Just one piece β done with intention.
Because sometimes, focusing on one section at a time is how great designs are built.
If youβre also building, learning, or improving your craft β keep going. Your next version will always be better than your last.
would love to hear your template building process step by step π (each creator has different process to build a template)

Meadowline is a minimal, editorial Framer template built for lawn care and home service businesses β flexible enough for landscaping, cleaning, pressure washing, tree care, or any local service brand that runs on trust and repeat customers.
Contact Page of upcoming template. clean & minimal

Most templates are built to look good in a preview. This one was built to actually run a business.
Meadowline is a home-service business template β designed around a real lawn care company, but rebuildable for any local service business (cleaning, landscaping, pressure washing, tree care, you name it). Minimal, editorial layout instead of the usual neon-green-and-stock-photo look. Serif headlines mixed with clean sans-serif body text, an earthy color system instead of default greens, and every section built around what actually gets a small business booked: a trust-first hero, a "why choose us" breakdown, real testimonial cards, before/after proof, a featured-work section, and a no-friction contact/booking flow.
Design shouldn't be the hard part for small business owners β it should be the thing that finally makes them look as good as the work they do. That's what this is for.
Launching soon. stay tune!
hello! Every lawn care site I looked at had the same three ingredients: neon green, a stock mower photo, and a tagline like "Your Lawn, Our Passion." So I tried the opposite β earthy palette, a serif headline mixed with clean sans-serif everywhere else, and copy that leads with trust instead of fluff.
Serif + sans mixing on service sites β yes or overkill?
hello, creators! who will join @Ryan Hayward and @Ramish Aziz on a live online event today?

Iβve been exploring the Framer Marketplace more seriously lately, and Iβm curious to learn from those who are already established there π
For experts who are actively getting inquiries and projects through the marketplace:
How much does the Expert Badge actually impact your visibility and inbound leads?
Did you notice a significant increase in inquiries after getting it?
On average, how many project inquiries do you receive per month directly from the marketplace?
And what do you think matters more β the badge, portfolio quality, or consistency?
I feel like thereβs a lot of hidden potential in the marketplace, but not enough real insights shared publicly.
Would genuinely appreciate if experienced Framer experts could share their numbers, experiences, or even rough estimates π
Your insights could help a lot of designers (including me) understand how to approach this better.
Letβs make this post valuable for everyone π
